Green Flag Breakdown Services are offered through Green Flag Motoring Assistance, which is a trading name belonging to the underwriter of the policy, UK Insurance Limited. Applications are taken over the phone on Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm or Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The types of problems that are serviced through Green Flag include flat tyres, flat batteries, low fuel, damaged or lost keys, problems due to vandalism, theft of the motorbike, and accidental damages.

Green Flag Rescue Service is offered at approximately £49 and includes all of the features of Green Flag Breakdown Service along with additional cover. The extra feature includes transport of the rider and vehicle to his destination as long as it is in the UK.

Green Flag Advanced Rescue Service is offered at approximately £69 and includes all of the features of Green Flag Rescue Service along with additional cover. The extra features include the use of a hire car or arrangement for hotel accommodation, service at your residence should your bike break down at home, and European cover for any bike over 125cc and less than 11 years old.

Plus, one of the nice features about this type of cover is the fact that for a very minimal fee, the rider can extend the cover to include any vehicle driven by himself, his spouse, or his partner. As with all cover, however, fees apply to one year’s service. This feature is referred to as Personal (Plus+) Cover.
